In the Deluxia Dragos project, which makes a premium of 25 percent, 1+1 flats find tenants from 1.200 TL, 2+1 flats from 1.700 TL. In July 2011, when Deluxia Dragos was put up for sale, the prices of studio apartments started from 134 thousand liras, and the prices of 1+1 apartments from 190 thousand 300 liras.
